Trainee Mortgage Advisor – Client Relations
Role Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Department Dynamo, Mortgage Services
Reports to Mortgage Manager

Your Mission
- Cultivate and manage client relationships.
- Qualify leads through various channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Advise on and arrange regulated and non-regulated mortgage contracts.
- Achieve CAS and CeMAP qualification.
What We’re Looking For
- Being driven and self-motivated.
- Good telephone manner, strong relationship building and customer service skills.
- Ability to use your own initiative and problem solve quickly and efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- IT literate (MS Office, Excel and Outlook).
