Bryn McMillan Consulting is searching for a motivated Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker to join a leading UK mortgage broker firm!

What You'll Do:

• As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker, you will assist clients in securing the best possible mortgage deals and protection products.

• Offer mortgage advice with access to the whole of the mortgage market plus a panel of 6 for protection business.

• Build strong relationships with clients, understand their individual needs, and offer personalized advice.

• Collaborate with introducers and colleagues to generate leads and achieve targets.

• Work in a team environment with an existing team.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to FCA regulations.

Who You Are:

• Driven and Eager to Learn: Possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to success.

• Partially Qualified or Aspiring Broker: Have a partial mortgage qualification (CeMAP or CF1).

• Sales Savvy: Previous sales experience, preferably within a financial or customer-focused role, is a plus.

• Strong Work Ethic: Willingness to learn, and commitment to building a successful career.

• Eligibility to Work in the UK: Clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving license required.
