Salary: Up to 30k basic (BOE) + 20% commission

Location: Essex

We are working with a highly-rated mortgage broker based in the South of Essex, and due to an increase in business levels, they are looking to take on another member of staff. They are a small and friendly team who can provide excellent training to support your development as an advisor, providing you with plenty of high-quality leads along the way.

Please note you must hold the CeMAP qualification for this role.

There is also a self - employed option available if preferred.

Trainee Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

  • Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their unique in-house software.
  • Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
  • Work alongside their case management team to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
  • Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
  • Ensure all of your work is completed to high standards and is compliant.

Requirements to become a Trainee Mortgage Advisor;

  • You must CeMAP qualified
  • At least some experience within mortgages
  • Based in South Essex
