Their business is expanding exponentially, and they are looking for office-based mortgage advisors to join their already established and successful team.

Key Responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor: -
- You must be driven to succeed and demonstrate the desire to outperform your peers.
- Motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment
- Improve the clients experience throughout the entire mortgage process from the initial appointment to them picking up the keys to their new home.
- Show the clients what they can achieve by thinking outside of the box with their finances and broadening their opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
- Passed a minimum of 1 of their CeMAP qualifications.
- Friendly and approachable, with the ability to fit in well with the team.
- Outstanding customer service experience.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with all levels of clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
- Self-sufficient, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
