My client is looking for a Trainee MS Dynamics Analyst to join their busy MSP. You will pay a pivotal role in collaborating with the support team to ensure seamless operating of their clients business central systems. You will be a part of the helpdesk support in supporting these systems for their clients whilst also contributing to a smooth implementation and transition. In this position you will receive a 3-year training and development plan to then become a fully qualified MS Dynamics Analyst.

Skills and experience:
** Maths and English GCSEs
** Driving License
** Strong Communication skills
** Team Player and Collaborative
** Problem solving skills
** Previous experience with MS Dynamics (Desirable)
** Familiar with MS Excel (Desirable)
** An understanding of ERP Systems (Desirable)
** Previous customer service experience (Desirable)
