Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.

Working within our Asset Management Team, you will be the first point of resident contact during planned works to their homes and will assist in the housing of people who need to be decanted on both a temporary and permanent basis.

You will take responsibility for collating essential relevant resident data, such as medical needs relating to their home, and ensuring that resident vulnerabilities are considered and addressed during the process. You will provide updates on progress and timescales for completion of works and arrange timely viewings to minimise delays and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Having previously worked in a similarly customer driven environment, and with proven experience of providing outstanding levels of customer care, you will be an excellent communicator that is able to deal with customers clearly and effectively in-person and on the phone.

You will also be able to demonstrate an understanding of the services that Registered Social Landlords provide and the obligations for upkeep and repair of resident properties.

You’ll also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
