Trainee Plastics Fabricator

£11.00 - Mon-Fri - 8am - 4.30pm

Our Client is seeking a Trainee for their work shop.

They manufacture of a range of different plastic products working with acrylic, polycarbonate, PETG, acetal producing Point of Sale items; Counter Display Units; Free Standing Display Units and prototype and bespoke items.

Full training to include:

• Setting & operating CNC machines
• Auto cad drawing, solidworks
• How to read and work from engineering drawings
• polishing, bending, gluing and packaging of items.

Personal skills required:

• Must be self-motivated and proactive as it is important that work is manufactured to customers’ deadlines
• Be able to work in a team to deadlines and client briefs
• Must be punctual, reliable and have a hard-working attitude.
• Ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues is essential to ensure jobs are accurate, on time and of high quality.
