Job Overview:
We seek an energetic and motivated Trainee Property Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for photography and a keen interest in property. While you should have a basic understanding of using a digital DSLR camera, we will provide comprehensive training for the rest of the job, including floor plan production, drone operation, 360 virtual tours, 3D scanning, and video production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality property photographs using a digital DSLR camera.
- Produce accurate and detailed floor plans of properties.
- Operate drones to capture aerial footage of properties.
- Create immersive 360 virtual tours.
- Conduct 3D scanning of properties for detailed and interactive models.
- Produce engaging video content for property listings.
- Edit and enhance images and videos using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all visual content meets our high standards.
- Maintain equipment and ensure all tools are in good working order.
- Adhere to all safety and privacy regulations while on-site.
- Travel to various locations for property shoots.

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge and experience with digital DSLR cameras.
- Strong interest in photography and property.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for composition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel to various locations for shoots.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Having your own car is a bonus.
- This job involves a significant amount of driving and travelling. If you are not keen on travelling, please do not apply.

Desirable Skills (Training Provided):
- Experience with floor plan production.
- Knowledge of drone operation and aerial photography.
- Familiarity with 360 virtual tours and 3D scanning technology.
- Video production and editing skills.
- Proficiency with photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.
