Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a strong communicator who is ready to work directly under one of the top billing consultants in the company! This is a fast-paced sales role that will require the successful candidate to have a high work ethic, be coachable, and have personal and professional ambition to succeed.

PLEASE NOTE: Agency Recruitment is proactive phone-based sales and a large amount of your day will be outbound sales calls, making this a fast-paced, KPI driven work environment.

Fully Onsite: Moorgate (EC2A 4LU)

Base Salary: £25,000 (Year 1 OTE up to £35K, Year 2 OTE up to £65k).

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your role will involve:

  • Sourcing and Screening: Identify top talent in Healthcare through various methods
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to job offer negotiations
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor
  • Networking: Attend client meetings and events to generate new business
