Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Package: £25 - 29K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£40K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

Currently 16 people strong and going through a huge period of growth due to a booming market, our client are looking for driven individuals to join their training academy.

The Role:

• Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
• Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
• Responsive relationship management with candidates as well as utmost attention to client mandates and timely project delivery.
• Supporting both clients and candidates to offer stage

The Requirements:

• Degree educated or 1 years sales experience
• Money motivated
• Ambitious
• Target driven
• Excellent communication skills
