Trainee Sales Recruitment Consultants wanted!

Salary: £25,000 to £45,000 (first year OTE)

Package: Trainee Consultant £25K to £30K basic salary with uncapped immediate commission riding up to 25% of your billings, with no monthly threshold.

On Target Earnings: Realistic potential earnings for first year of £45,000, Year 2 £64,000, Year 3 £84,000.

Benefits: Flexible home/office working options on offer (after probation), up to 35 days holidays, flexible working shifts, 5 hour shifts outside term time, iPhone, Laptop, 250club membership offering a huge range of extra benefits, free breakfast and termly social events with the team!

NOTE: This job offers the option to work from home one day per week once promoted to Consultant, and 2 days per week when promoted to Senior Consultant, so for the first 3/6 months you will be expected to be in the office 5 days per week whilst we train you to be successful !

Start date: 2nd September 2024
