We work with a variety of stakeholders across all education sectors, from recruiting a Nursery Nurse to support in a pre-school setting, through to a Science Teacher to deliver A-level Physics, and everything in between!

We are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our highly experienced team of Education Recruiters and have ambitious plans for rapid growth, offering excellent opportunities for fast progression.

You will be given comprehensive one to one, on-going training from some of the industry’s best and most experienced recruiters, to allow you to develop the skills and knowledge you will need to become a successful Education Recruitment Consultant. We believe in working hard and value the importance of ensuring work is fun and that the successes of our teams and individuals are recognised and celebrated.

A Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Your role will be to source a range of skilled educators and match them to appropriate job roles within the schools we work with. Ensuring you match the right educators to schools means pupils are given the best chance to learn.

Previous recruitment experience is not a requirement for this role. What is essential is a positive outlook, good communication skills, a can-do attitude and the desire to learn and succeed. Daily duties will include:

  • Recruiting educators.
  • Completing compliance checks for educators to work within school settings in line with Government legislation.
  • Business development through phone calls and marketing.
  • Placing educators into roles within schools
  • Telephone based account and relationship management.
  • Ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to all parties, all the time.

What we are looking for

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Telephone based customer service experience, ideally.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships, a people person, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Value what you do and take pride in doing things well.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a solution focussed approach.
  • Ambitious with a passion for delivering excellence.
