The Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Source, interview, and match candidates to suitable job opportunities
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets through business development and networking
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties
