Trainee Sales Executive/ Appointment Maker/B2B Sales Advisor

Our client are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor/Development Representative/Executive(lead generation)to contribute to their growing company. The successful B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation via the phone throughout the office, booking meetings or creating opportunities for business development managers.

The ideal candidate does have to have experience in sales, they can be looking to get into a sales role, prepared to pick the phone up and outbound call, be driven and motivated, looking to start a career in sales.

Responsibilities of the B2B Sales Advisor:

  • Primary responsibility will be to generate leads and enquiries for the BDM within your team.
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • KPI: Booking quality meetings
  • KPI: Create opportunities for our BDM
  • KPI: Prospecting - via cold calling throughout the day (minimum 500 connected calls per week)
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Go the "extramile" to facilitate future sales and hit personal targets
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements of the B2B Sales Advisor:

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Able to work as a team player

Salary

  • £27-30k DOE
  • OTE upwards of £33k
