Trainee/Sales Negotiator

As a Trainee/Negotiator you will:

• Register and match applicants to available properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate sales , liaising with buyers and sellers
• Coordinate sales progression, working with solicitors, mortgage lenders, and surveyors
• Stay up to date with the local property market
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards

What we're looking for:

• Experience in estate agency is beneficial but not essential
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Target-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Passion for property and great local knowledge
• A willingness to learn and develop within the role
• Full UK driving licence

Package:

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 (Negotiable DOE) + commission

OTE: £26,000 - £33,000

Monday - Friday & 1 in 3 Saturdays (day off in lieu)
