An established, sizeable design and manufacturing company based in Essex requires a Surveyor/Estimator on a permanent basis.

You as the successful candidate will:

  • Conduct site surveys and take measurements at residential properties
  • Use provided tools to map out structures.
  • Prepare basic sketches and input figures online.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate experience with joinery (be it in education, apprenticeship, or as a qualified carpenter, maybe working on loft extensions).
  • Have a valid driving license.
  • Be switched on: able to demonstrate adaptability.
  • Methodical: pay attention to detail and follows established procedures.
  • Committed: show dedication to a long-term role.
  • Remote working: able to travel from site to site and work independently.
  • Location: Resides within a easy commute to the company's head office in Harlow.

Basic salary is circa 25-30k depending on experience, senior surveyors receive up to 50k per annum.
