Are you a property professional, estate agent, DEA or trades person with over 4 years of on site property focused technical experience? You could become a Surveyor!

Do you know your portland from your putty, your valley from verge, are you an expert in groundwork, roof or wall construction? You could become a Surveyor!

Are you an experienced in domestic plumbing, electrical or gas installations and looking for an opportunity to use your experience to take a new direction? You could become a Surveyor!

With the right previous experience and the guidance of our dedicated learning and development team, we can help you begin a career as a residential surveyor. You'll be given full training and will be expected to achieve AssocRICS accreditation in approximately 12 months. We'll provide you with regular mentored experience with one of our 600 field based colleagues and you'll complete a programme of blended learning to help add value to your current knowledge.

Once qualified, Residential Surveyors receive a package from £50k-£140k a year (depending on the coverage) and we offer a clear pay structure for all colleagues to ensure that your development is at the right pace for you.

To be eligible for the trainee programme, the criteria?is:

  • 4+ years of industry relevant property industry experience.?
  • Do you meet the eligibility criteria??
  • Do you have a genuine passion for property and strong pathology knowledge??
  • Do you have excellent verbal and written communication?skills.?
  • Are you able to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships??
  • Do you have strong problem solving and analytical skills, initiative and a proactive approach??

You will?have, or?be predicted to obtain?a RICS/CIOB accredited Degree/Masters or international equivalent.? ?Alternatively, you will have 4+ years of employed experience in Estate Agency, Property Management or a Surveying related discipline.??
