Trainee Will and Estate Planning Associate

Nostell, near Wakefield.

£18,000 - £24,000 ( Negotiable depending on age / experience - with pay progression )

Our client has a vacancy for a Trainee Will and Estate Planning Associate. They offer an exciting career start opportunity to enter Estate Planning Services and develop the knowledge and skills to be a Wills and Estate Planning Associate.

As a driven individual, you will thrive on learning the legalities of estate planning and have the integrity to ensure clients have their wishes instructed with suitable guidance. By supporting the successful, smooth-running of the Wills and Estate Planning side of the business, you will proactively progress applications from first appointment to its legal conclusion, developing a strong skill-set in customer service and client relationships as an Associate.

You will be responsible for responding to client referrals and service requests in a timely manner, progressing the instruction process from initial appointment through to attestation, preparing client packs, scanning and uploading client information, updating the client on the progress of their application, regular communication with the Will Writers to obtain updates on the applications, along with other administrative and office tasks.

You will receive regular and ongoing training, which will lead to you becoming a full Will and Estate Planning Associate.

A minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade 4 or above, a good knowledge of Microsoft including Word and Excel are required along with the good organisational skills, a "can-do attitude" and a willingness to learn. It is a 40 hour working week and the offices are in the beautiful surroundings of Nostell Estate.
