Role: Trainer / Content Developer

Location: London, 2 days per week on site

Rate: £550.00 per day through umbrella

Duration: 6-month contract

The candidate must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and follow through with the training lead to achieve milestones. The ideal candidate will also be a highly motivated professional with demonstrated project management, organizational and communication skills.

Skill/Experience required:

  • Experience and demonstrated expertise in training delivery and project management
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills
  • Expertise in complex global event and facilitator coordination across time zones, and cultures.
  • Excellent communication skills facilitating clear and candid communication across the organisation
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and projects with little guidance
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility and able to make quick adjustments when unexpected changes arise
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch-in
  • Proficient with office productivity tools such as Camtasia
  • Proficient with delivering training on SuccessFactors
  • Proficient with creating high quality E-learning
  • A technical trainer with 5+ years' experience
