This position is a Project Trainer for a leading provider of software into pharmacies. The role requires individuals with experience of a pharmacy environment to deliver training to pharmacy staff on how to use the product, post-installation.

The postion is part-time, 38 hours across two weeks (6 days per fortnight).

This is a contract position with potential for extension.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a pharmacy setting, accustomed to using pharmacy software.
  • Full UK Driver's License and access to your own vehicle.
  • Capable of travelling to customer sites in the South (fully expensed travel).
  • Must be based in the South of England.

Job description:

  • Organize, conduct, and oversee training sessions both virtually and in person.
  • Punctually attend all training sessions, maintain professionalism throughout.
  • Deliver outstanding service and support to customers, addressing and resolving their issues and inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer queries, provide feedback, and enhance your own knowledge.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Offer internal training, support, and feedback across all departments and product lines.
  • Develop and update training materials, such as checklists, user guides, and instructional videos for all products.
  • Assist customers and colleagues with product support, including phone calls, clinics, demonstrations, on-site visits, documentation, research, webinars, and events.
  • Utilize internal systems to keep accurate customer records and log all support cases.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements, response times, and quality standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
