About the Role:
This role is for a full-time on-site Light Vehicle Technical Trainer in Doncaster.
As a Light Vehicle Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessments for apprentices using your industry experience to enhance their learning and development.
Additionally, you will provide coaching, training and mentorship to apprentices helping them to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours necessary for success in the motor trade. 

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience in the motor trade industry with demonstrable expertise in Vehicle Paint repair and maintenance.
• A level 2/3 qualification in Vehicle Paint Repair and Training or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to learners in an easy-to-understand manner.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team with a commitment to providing high-quality learning experience for all apprentices.
• A level 3 Award in Education and Training or above is desirable.

Salary:      £28k - 32k per year + Benefits

The salary advertised is a guideline for this position. The offered remuneration will be dependent on the extent of your experience, qualifications, and skill set.
