Training Administrator
We are looking for a dynamic administrator to join our dedicated team in Haddenham. The individual needs to recognise the importance of accuracy, attention to detail and have excellent planning and organisation skills. We need someone who we can rely on and who has the confidence to liaise with our client and their customers at all levels.
Candidates must have office experience with an administration background. We expect candidates to be competent with MS Word and Excel to at least intermediate level.
The job demands flexibility and commitment. Experience and personality are more importance to us than qualifications.
Relationships with our clients are key and we are looking for someone who shares our approach to customer care. This role will involve close contact with our client so it’s important they are strong at relationship building and hold the same values as the company.
Key accountabilities and purpose:
- To complete key administration functions within the training department and dealer network using our training software.
- Be a point of contact for the dealer network and answer queries.
- To work with and support our trainers on a day-to-day basis.
- To be involved in general administration duties such as course preparation, producing attendance sheets & classroom set up.
- Produce reports for other departments.
