Contract duration 4-5 months - Full-Time Equivalent £26,000

Your new role
Join a nationwide organisation that is implementing a new HR IT system. Your role will be to learn and understand the systems and create learning and development documents.

What you'll need to succeed
Are you passionate about education and organisational development? We're seeking a skilled training administrator for a short-term temporary contract of 3/4 months.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in coordinating training programs, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless learning experience for our employees.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design relevant programs.
  • Manage training materials, including content creation and distribution.
  • Create and maintain manuals to cascade across the wider business
  • Provide administrative support to the training team.
