Training & Certification Manager - Europe/UK

Location: Birmingham with the flexibility of 1-2 days from home.

Travel: Frequent travel across the UK and Europe

Salary: Competitive salary starting at £55,000, commensurate with seniority and level of expertise.

Our client is the largest global independent retail network in automotive maintenance, boasting over 6,800 locations in 53 countries. Over the past years, they have demonstrated one of the fastest growth rates in the industry.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Program Management: Oversee and manage training programs focused on new technologies and EV maintenance certification across our POS/workshops in the UK and Europe, adhering to local regulations and global quality standards.
  • Deployment & Coordination: Directly implement training programs in the UK and coordinate with National Training Managers for deployment in other European markets.
  • Support & Collaboration: Assist the UK and global fleet managers in discussions with the technical departments of our fleet customers.

Key skills -

  • Several years of experience in technical training within car dealer networks
  • Strong knowledge of EV and hybrid car maintenance
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel frequently

Reporting to the CEO Europe and the UK Network Manager you will become a key member of the SMT and your role will be pivotal in driving the future of automotive maintenance.
