As a Training Coordinator, you will:
- Implement on-boarding and training sessions, covering policies (Health & Safety, IT Training, Core Company Values...)
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
- Meet with managers to discuss where further training and assisting is needed to be put in place.
- Provide additional training to individuals where necessary.
- Carry out performance reviews.
- Completing supporting administration.
- Travel to other offices to implement training plans.
- To be a point of contact regarding training and on-boarding within the business.
- Experience in a training based role (required)
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent level of Microsoft Office packages.
- An organised and structured approach to work.
