Location – Enfield

Overview:

The position holder will be a key member of my client's team who will be developing, planning, and delivering training for their equipment and some third party equipment in the Naval, Surveillance and Government market sectors.

As this is a customer-facing role, a confident manner is required, with the ability to communicate clearly within the company at all levels and with clients.

This role will involve travel within the UK and overseas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing, planning, and presenting training courses for the range of their equipment, systems and certain third party equipment.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Take a proactive role in the growth and development of the company.
  • Travel in the UK and if overseas when required to carry out training.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the products. This may involve accompanying Engineers in the field carrying out service interventions.
  • Any other task associated with this role.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Ideally qualified to A level or higher in an engineering discipline.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • IT knowledge.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Navigation knowledge
  • Able to be organised.
  • Radar system knowledge.
  • Radar theory knowledge.
