Job Summary:

Our Client seeks a dynamic Training Lead to manage and deliver comprehensive training across our network. This role involves engaging with business stakeholders, creating content, leading webinars, supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and ensuring quality and risk management in training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Engagement:

  • Represent training at various meetings and events.
  • Engage with key audiences to identify and meet training needs.
  • Collaborate with the Business Engagement and Change Team to prioritize training.
  • Support Change Enabler roles and align with business readiness criteria.

Communications:

  • Drive engagement through effective communication ahead of webinars.
  • Clarify queries and provide requested information.

Content Creation:

  • Manage the UniCore Module Breakdown matrix.
  • Lead SMEs through Oracle Guided Learning implementation.
  • Ensure consistency in training materials with Mastek and SMEs.

Webinar Leadership:

  • Guide SMEs in creating session modules and supporting materials.
  • Manage the UniCore On-Demand training webinar library.
  • Oversee webinar delivery and follow-up communications.

SME Support:

  • Manage SMEs, addressing milestones, queries, and priorities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and support sessions.

Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and oversee content publishing routes.
  • Provide SMEs with reference points for quality training materials.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and address potential training risks.

Document Control:

  • Manage training documents, including the Training Delivery Plan and Strategy.

Manage Delivery Plan:

  • Oversee the Training Delivery Plan, ensuring timelines are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven training delivery and management experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Guided Learning and e-learning platforms.
