TRANSACTION BANKING (TxB)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

A Transaction Banking Sales Analyst will provide support to the Sales teams in researching new business opportunities, take ownership over the team's reporting to senior management, and forge deep relationships with internal stakeholders to help clients move through the Sales cycle.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL: Develop a deep understanding of the Transaction Banking business, working capital management, and the function of corporate treasuries
  • Manage reporting to senior management, playing an integral role in the internal marketing and commercial success of TxB
  • Ensure pipeline data, opportunities and recording of client engagement is up to date in CRM tool
  • Assist in the creation of custom client marketing materials to deliver our value proposition
  • Coordinate customized pricing proposals to help quantify client opportunities
  • Gather and synthesize information on prospective and existing clients to brief internal stakeholders
  • Support VPs/Associates with client coverage where appropriate
  • Partner with stakeholders across the firm to help deliver "One Goldman Sachs" to clients
  • Develop knowledge and expertise on industry trends and the competitive landscape
  • Organize and prepare presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options and recommend strategies to help our clients meet their goals
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Self-starting, proactive individual who is invested in helping this business to succeed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely strong analytical skills and ability to work with mass datasets
  • Passion and natural curiosity for the payments industry and a desire to build knowledge of our business and clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
  • Self-motivated and ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to juggle changing priorities and a varied workload associated with a tech start-up
  • Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
  • Bachelor's Degree required
