Are you a commercially minded recently qualified accountant?

Would you like to opportunity to get into this exciting area of Corporate Finance and progress your career with a growing Transaction Services team? If so please read on.

This is an excellent opportunity to move into a more commercial Transaction Services role within the Birmingham office of one of the leading regional firms of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors. The successful candidate will either be a newly qualified ACA/ACCA or be a couple of years post qualified experienced accountant who is looking to progress their career within the Transaction Services area of Corporate Finance. You will have an exceptional academic background, show excellent commercial awareness with the ability to understand key business drivers and be eager to learn and progress.

As Transaction Services Executive you will get involved in supporting a variety of transactions through due diligence and capital market reporting, forecasting, modelling and fund raising. This will be an excellent transition from audit or a strong career move to build on any sort of Corporate Finance experience you may already have.
