Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing advisory firm growing its service lines by introducing a tailored Transaction Service to the mid-market. Success has been based on a collegiate and informed approach and adding real value to their clients throughout transactions.

The opportunity will be attractive to an experienced Transaction Services Partner or Director to lead the team, shape strategic direction, nurture key client relationships, and drive growth across transactions in a wide range of sectors.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Transaction Services engagements with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insights on due diligence projects.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
  • Drive business development to expand market presence.

You should have achieved or hold the abilities within:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with extensive Transaction Services experience.
  • Proven leader in due diligence and client management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and growth-focused mindset.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
