Hays are currently recruiting for a global environmental organisation based in South Manchester who are seeking a Transactional Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

Your new role

Join a dynamic team as a Transactional Manager where you will oversee and optimise the transactional process. This roles offers a competitive salary, remote working flexibility, and the opportunity to make a significant impact within this finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the AP and AR transactional teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline financial operations.
• Oversee and manage daily transactional operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies and internal controls.
• Prepare and review financial reports related to transactional activities.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to team members as needed.
