Transactions Finance Analyst

A fantastic opportunity to join a leading, London based, Property/Real estate business as Transactions Finance Analyst on a 6 months contract basis. Working as part of the wider finance team, this role will support new and future acquisitions and disposals.

A fantastic opportunity to join a leading, London based, Property/Real estate business as Transactions Finance Analyst on a 6 month contract basis. Working as part of the wider finance team, this role will support new and future acquisitions and disposals.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Producing high quality process and control documentation following new deals/acquisitions
• Providing detailed updates on progress of deals
• Reviewing completion accounts
• Creating pre acquisition journal adjustments
• Chairing weekly calls to monitor progress of new acquisitions
• Working with technical accounting team to map chart of accounts
• Ensuring required documentation is received for reporting and audit review
• Supporting financial due diligence processes
• Ad hoc tasks as required

The candidate

• Qualified accountant, practice trained with experience of working in TS or Deals advisory
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to partner with and influence various stakeholders
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload
• Team player
• Advanced IT skills
