This organisation is now looking for an experienced Transformation Co-ordinator to join their growing team.

Client Details

Our client, who is a highly reputable and respected London based financial services institution, are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Transformation Co-ordinator to assist within their growing Transformation team. The client is a well established bank boasting offices across Europe with over 30 million customers.

Description

  • Enhance the branch's applications and services
  • Utilise a diverse and growing tech stack to build and strengthen innovative platforms
  • Implement and improve software applications to support planning, execution, monitoring, and improvement of branch processes
  • Collaborate with business units to streamline workflows, automate tasks, track performance, and analyse data
  • Work closely with IT to ensure systems are stable, scalable, and secure
  • Develop a broad understanding of development and banking operations using various current DevOps principles and technologies
  • Advise and coordinate internal project teams and working groups and liaise with third parties and the Group's fintech throughout the development lifecycle
  • Provide branch support for incident recording and handling, and change requests, adhering to change management principles across all environments
  • Offer technical guidance to functional contacts
  • Troubleshoot, follow up, and resolve development and deployment blockers and queries
  • Develop and assist with the publication and review of procedures, either creating new ones or enhancing existing branch initiatives, in coordination with relevant parties.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner, deadlines are met
  • Liaise with Head of Transformation

Profile

  • Experience working within financial services
  • Skilled at handling multiple tasks, following up effectively, and adjusting priorities quickly
  • Well organised and good communication skills in order to bridge gap between business units and technical staff
  • Able to work independently with strong logical reasoning and also able to work within a team for coordinating and guiding projects
  • Able to solve problems and understanding the broader context beyond the code or initial scope
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiar with modern infrastructures and operational innovation tools
  • DevOps experience centred around culture, practices and tools is a plus
