Transformation Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for an Interim Systems Accountant / Transformation Consultant to join a PE-backed business in the East Midlands.

Role Overview:

As the Interim Systems Accountant / Transformation Consultant, you will take charge of the accounting aspects of a significant systems change for a £50m turnover division. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a smooth transition and implementation of the new system. This role is perfect for someone who has a proven track record of project completion and extensive experience in ERP/ system changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting side of a major ERP system implementation.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting during the transition period.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide training and support to the finance team on the new system.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to the system change.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in leading ERP system changes and project completion.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
