Transition Consultant - 3-Month Project

Project Duration: 3 Months | Client: Microsoft Partner | Rate: £200 p/day | Status: Outside IR35 | Remote.

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled Transition Consultant to join our client's dedicated program team. This team is focused on transitioning their SMB customer base to modern technical environments. The role involves managing the entire customer relationship throughout the transition from dedicated servers to a private cloud, providing support, and acting as an escalation point for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end customer relationship during the transition period.
• Process Definition: Develop and implement processes to track and report on customer migration progress.
• Quality Assurance: Address and resolve any customer quality issues during the transition phase.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Point of Contact: Serve as a primary point of contact and escalation point for customers.
• Final Sign-Off: Contribute to and approve the final acceptance of the transition.
• Seamless Migration: Ensure customers experience a smooth and efficient migration to the private cloud.

Experience:

• Industry Experience: Proven experience in the technology services industry as a Customer Success Manager, Customer Service Manager, Customer Onboarding Manager, or a similar role.
• Change Management: Strong background in change management, particularly in technical implementations and/or migrations.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Communication Skills: Superior communication skills with a proactive and customer-first mindset.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working within a team and/or project environment.
