Transition Exit Manager, Exit Management (SC Cleared)

We are currently recruiting for a Transition Exit Manager to join a leading organisation based in Wiltshire on an exciting new project. Within this position you will be working to build, lead and mentor an exit team in which you will be responsible for their professional growth and job satisfaction. Furthermore you will implement and develop key exit strategies to which prioritise growth and development.

Rate - £650.00 per day to overall assignment rate of umbrella

Location - Wiltshire

Duration - 12 Months with the opportunity of extension

The Role

• You will be leading and mentoring the company's exit team in which you will be fostering professional growth and job satisfaction
• Development and growth of collaborative and inclusive work culture
• Develop and implement of exit strategies in which you prioritise the team's well-being and proactively implementing solutions
• Identification of key risks and address and potential key challenges

Key Skills

• Over eight years of experience working on large transition management programmes with at least 5 years of leading complex contract transitions and exits
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Strong project management
• Demonstration of Commercial and Financial Acumen
