Translation Project Manager

My client is a UK based translation company offering legal, technical and creative translation and interpreting services to law firms, financial institutions and corporates in Europe, UK, Russia and CIS countries.

The role will include:-

• Managing and coordinating multiple translation/interpreting/voice-over projects 

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with contract translators, proof-readers, interpreters, voice-over artists globally

• Negotiating rates and deadlines with contract translators to maximise profitability and efficiency

• Managing and expanding the database of customers and resources

• Working on CRM platform: order workflow, gross profit analysis, updates to customer groups, data entry, etc.

• Billing projects (dealing with financial invoices) and credit control

• Preparation of various legal certificates and affidavits

• Trouble-shooting problem projects

• Investigating clients’ queries

• Proof-reading and occasional translation

• General office and administration duties
