Job Title: Transport Administrator

Location: Epping 

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Company Overview: Our client, a well-established logistics company based in Cheshunt, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Transport Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the pallet network sector and a strong administrative background.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily transport schedules.

Liaise with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Monitor and track shipments, updating relevant systems and stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any transport-related issues.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a transport administrative role, preferably within a pallet network.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
