We are looking for two Transport Co-ordinators to join the team at our Toyota Site in Derby. You will be working on a weekly rotating shift pattern of: 05:00 - 14:00, 13:00 - 22:00 and 21:00 - 06:00.

The Role

As one of our Transport Co-ordinators, you will support the co-ordination of our delivery operations for goods leaving the busy Derby site.

Co-ordinating customer deliveries, you’ll brief and debrief drivers in a prompt, efficient manner and ensure accurate paperwork, escalating any issues or abnormalities to the Transport Supervisor.

You’ll also ensure compliance with all health and safety and transport mandatory procedures for both employees and visitors, as well as supporting any audit work and target achievement.

About You

To be considered as a Transport Co-ordinator, you will need:

- A good understanding of transport procedures including WTD (Working Time Directive) and EU Driver regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
