We are continuing to build an Everlasting Shawston, and need likeminded individuals to join our team. We are now looking for a committed individual to join our High Wycombe Transport Team in the role of Van Driver. Our High Wycombe branch is dynamic, fun and the largest of the Shawston groups sites.

About The Role

  • Ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods
  • Working as part of a team providing excellent customer service wherever there is interaction with one of our customers
  • Carrying out multi drop deliveries to our customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Ensuring routes are followed correctly and orders delivered on time
  • Loading your own vehicle safely and securely
  • Ensuring the department provides a quality first class service to our customers
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships
  • London driving

About you

To be considered for this role, we ask that you hold all of the below skills and experience;

  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Full clean driving license
  • Experience of multi-drop driving
  • The ability to adapt in a changing environment whilst remaining calm
  • A proactive and methodical mindset
  • Experience using PDA’s
  • Be punctual, flexible, and positive
  • Experience with WTD’s and driving hours
  • Knowledge of defect reporting and vehicle walkaround checks

This role is based on site, 5am to 2pm, 40 hours per week standard
