We are looking for an experienced Transport Planner for our client based in Bradford. In this role, you'll work as part of a small team, planning collections and deliveries across the UK.
The company is well established and offers room to develop and progress within the role. This is an office based role although there is some flexibility around working working hours.

Main duties to include:
- Planning collections and deliveries across the UK
- Producing relevant paperwork such as PODs
- Subcontracting work to other carriers where required
- Build relationships with subcontractors, ensuring the best price is achieved
- Update drivers and customers with any changes to delivery schedules
- Experience working as a Transport Planner or similar
- Experience of working for a Distribution company
- Planning for HGVs carrying palletised goods
- Good knowledge of UK geography
- Someone who is organised and has good attention to detail
- Salary £30k-£35k
- Hours - 8am-4.30pm Mon-Fri
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Free parking onsite
