Mobile Refrigeration Engineer

We are currently actively recruiting engineers nationwide to become part of this exciting and rewarding journey within the transport refrigeration industry.
The successful candidate's should have a full UK driving license, C&G F Gas 2079 certification and at preferably 2 years’ experience working on transport refrigeration systems. Experience with Carrier Transicold products would be advantageous but not essential as full factory & in-house training will be provided.
Earning potential £39,520.00 to £70,000.00 + Benefits, further details available upon request
£19.00 per hr plus £1.20 per hr bonus if all criteria met.

The Role:
· Responsibility for routine servicing and repairs as required, mechanical fault finding, electrics and all other duties associated with this role.

· Completing all work assigned daily, ensuring that adherence to company and manufacturer standards and agreed time constraints.

· Ensuring that work is always to the highest standard, seeking to achieve consistently high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

· Maintain levels of stock on their van to agreed specification.

· Confident in the use of PCs and mobile phones

· Able to prioritise and organise workload to achieve set deadlines and KPIs

· Willing to work in areas outside main district as and when required

· Presenting a positive company image through professionalism and quality of service

· Maintain good working relationship with clients

· Managing and prioritising jobs and workloads, scheduling, completing electronic paperwork and communicating with managers and senior-level staff members as appropriate.

· The ideal candidate will:
· Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player

· Qualified to work on Carrier, Thermoking, Hubbard, GAH plus others as required

· Work to high levels of efficiency and productivity on own and as part of a team
· Qualified to City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Cat 1

· Be prepared to work on a call on a rota basis.

· Basic hours will be 8 hours per day plus overtime

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £39,520.00 to £70,000.00 plus performance related bonus.

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
Overtime (Overtime is paid 1 week in arrears.)
• You will also be required to work a duty call-out rota and such additional hours as are reasonably necessary to complete your duties when requested. Any hours worked in excess of 40 working hours per week will be paid at an overtime rate as follows:
• Weekdays between 1700 hours and midnight = Time and a half
• Weekdays between 0600 hours and 0830 hours = Time and a half
• Weekdays between midnight and 0600 hours = Double Time
