Reed is supporting a leading travel agency in their search for hard working and enthusiastic Travel Consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail travel environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

The purpose of the role is to assist customers in creating bespoke travel experiences by giving top-quality support and care.

The main responsibilities of this role are:

  • Designing and booking tailor-made travel experiences that meet diverse client needs.
  • Engaging with prospective clients through various channels including online live chats, social media, telephone enquiries, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Upselling holiday and travel add-ons to packages in line with customer desires.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring clients' travel dreams are turned into reality.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a retail travel/cruise environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple communication channels effectively.
  • A strong drive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • The confidence, determination, and tenacity to thrive in a sales-driven role.
