Travel Consultant

Reed Brighton is delighted to be partnering with a BTA Travel Agency and a Coach Tour Operator based in West Sussex who are seeking a Travel Consultant to join their vibrant team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in selling cruising and Worldwide tailor-made holidays. This role involves working in both Independent ABTA Travel Agency and as a Coach Tour Operator, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Selling holidays, day excursions, and cruises to a diverse clientele.
• Providing tailor-made travel solutions to meet individual customer needs.
• Managing associated administration tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Working collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest travel trends and destination information to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.
• Ensuring all travel arrangements and bookings are processed accurately and efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role, with a focus on cruising and tailor-made holidays.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to meet targets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using travel and booking systems.
• Knowledge of ABTA regulations and guidelines.
