Reservations agent - Required for this luxury tour operator based in great location in central London. Travel reservations experience is a must, salary £28,000 plus up to £8,500 comm plus benefits. 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Reservations agents duties
-Handling phone calls, and email enquiries relating to new and existing bookings, booking worldwide luxury holidays
-Generate bookings in accordance with the companies procedures paying close attention to detail
-Confirm bookings by providing appropriate documents
-Process brochure requests
-Achieve minimum agreed saes targets
-Process rebookings, changes and cancellations

Reservations agents skills required
-Travel industry reservations experience is a must ideally for a tour operator
-Previous experience working to and achieving personal sales targets
-Knowledge of both long and short haul destinations
-Exceptional level of customer service
