Job Title: Travel Consultant
Salary: £24,000-£28,000 – Bonus opportunities
Location: Hertford
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:30-6:30pm and Alternative Saturdays 9:30-5pm

Skills Required
- Previous admin experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and efficient
- Must have been travelling in Asia (Bali, Thailand, Philippines etc)
- Self motivated and ambitious
- Qualifications in travel is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Dealing with client queries over the phone
- Understanding customers needs
- Planning holidays/packages using your product knowledge
- Working towards KPI’s & Targets
- Supporting other members of the team as needed
- General administration
