Travel coordinator

Travel coordinator - Required for this global business based within 25 min of the centre of Aberdeen. A background within business travel is a must with working on of sap/concur. Fantastic salary is on offer, plus amazing benefits including 33 days holidays including bank holidays , 1 day per week working from home.

Travel coordinators duties
-Assist the global travel manager to fulfil global travel requirements
-Ensure compliance with the companies travel policy
-To be the main point of contact for travellers and travel bookers
-Ensure reporting requirements from the TMC are adhered to
-Training and development of authorised travel bookers

Travel coordinators skills required
-Extensive travel industry background is a must, ideally within business travel
-Knowledge of SAP/Concur
-Experience of a major GDS
-Good knowledge of Microsoft office
-Strong focus on service delivery
