My client are looking for a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant to join their team in Cirencester! If you have a knack for crafting unforgettable travel experiences and a commitment to excellence, I want to hear from you! This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and high-quality client service.
Responsibilities:
- Compiling confirmation and final documents for clients.
- Revising and updating tour itineraries and dossiers.
- Coordinating with overseas agents and organizing payments.
- Creating flight reservations, communicating with consolidators, and handling ticketing.
- Liaising with clients, managing client files, and processing payments.
- Answering phones and addressing client inquiries.
- Providing general administrative support and office assistance.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Exceptional written and sales skills to effectively communicate with clients and suppliers.
- Proficiency in in Galileo and Ticketing
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good telephone manner and strong client service skills.
- Strong written communication skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and multi-task effectively.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Excellent administration and organizational skills.
- A strong team player with a commitment to the Steppes Travel concept of providing high-quality, sustainable tailor-made holidays.
- Previous experience in the travel industry crafting high-end, tailor-made itineraries is preferred.
