Tiger Private is currently offering a remarkable opportunity for an accomplished Travelling PA/ Chief of Staff to join a Family Office. This role presents an exciting chance to support the principal and their spouse in various personal endeavours. The key responsibilities of this role are diverse, ranging from aiding the principals in their personal and charitable pursuits to orchestrating high-profile events. Additionally, overseeing the management of their transportation fleet, inclusive of a private jet, is a crucial facet of the position. The role necessitates international travel with full flexibility to ensure comprehensive support for the principals.

As the primary point of contact and gateway to the principals, the candidate will manage and liaise with domestic and personal staff across all tiers. Collaboration with other team members within the principals' business sphere is vital to ensure a cohesive approach.

Managing the principals' properties, including overseeing potential renovation works, and liaising with contractors and professionals involved in their properties are also integral responsibilities. The candidate will navigate challenges and resolve issues while maintaining open communication with the principals to ensure successful project completion.

The role demands a robust set of skills and competencies, including a proven track record in managing multiple households and staff at the highest levels. *Full flexibility to travel as and when required is a must and you should expect to be based outside of the UK for the majority of the year.*
