Our client is seeking a Treasury Accountant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily banking and accounts receivable, demonstrating high motivation, discipline, and attention to detail. What you'll do:
As a Treasury Accountant (Accounts Receivable), your role will be pivotal in maintaining the financial health of the organisation. You will oversee daily banking operations and manage accounts receivable. Your keen eye for detail will ensure accurate invoice raising and effective recovery of monies due. You will also be responsible for manual payment requests and bank approvals. Your role extends to administering bank accounts, managing users, payments, direct debits, and standing orders. Ensuring liquidity through information transparency will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will manage weekly cashflow, identify currency gaps, organise purchase or sale of currency, and prepare monthly cashflow shareholder reporting information.
- Monitor the raising of invoices and billing system
- Support team members in their use of the company billing system
- Recover monies due in a timely & effective manner
- Process manual payment requests and bank approvals
- Manage banking and accounts receivable balance sheet accounts and reconciliations
- Administer bank accounts including managing users, payments, direct debits and standing orders
- Ensure liquidity is maintained by way of information transparency
- Manage weekly cashflow including identifying currency gaps and organising purchase or sale of currency
- Prepare monthly cashflow shareholder reporting information and supporting analysis
